ViceVersa offers playful & fun modern aperitivo cocktails inspired by the Italian futurists of the 1930’s with unexpected ingredients alongside Italian spirits, vermouths, bitters, and amari.  A highlight of the program is our Milano-Torino (Mi-To) dolce amaro blend that serves as the base for the negroni family of drinks, as well as other signature serves, such as the Chocolate Boulevardier.

Our current menu, The Manifesto of Nonsense, is a cocktail menu built on the idea that meaning can come from many different angles, even when it pretends not to. The Manifesto of Nonsense features a collection of 10 drinks dividing into five sections, representing its range and style of drinks, with each cocktail beginning with a function rather than a flavor, To Awaken (Aperire), To Excite (Exciting), To Arouse (Aphrodisiac), To Relax (Relaxing), and To Digest (Digestivo). We invite you to come let your mind unwind and leave it to our team to guide you on your aperitivo journey.

Chef Justin Flit leads the kitchen with aperitivo-approved dishes centered on simplicity, quality, and execution, offering raw bar items, charcuterie, salads, and neo-Neapolitan pizzas featuring a dough made from local flours that undergo a 24-to-48-hour cold fermentation. Chef Justin’s now infamous ViceVersa Burger is available only on Monday evenings from 5 p.m. until sold out. An assortment of housemade gelati, spun daily, and sorbet are available to complete any ViceVersa visit.
