In no event will Viceversa Miami be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, this Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement will be the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Changes

Viceversa Miami reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our Services after those revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
